The Foyer

Large area, Hardwood Floors, Custom Stained Glass Door

The Living Room

Tin Ceiling Tiles, Original Mantle, Built-in Entertainment Cabinetry

Downstairs Bedroom

This front room showcases an original mantle. We planned to finish the upstairs master suite and use this room as an informal living room.

Kitchen

The kitchen has all new cabinets with pull-out racks in the corners and lazy suzans. The backsplash is 1907 antique ceiling tiles. There is also a large utility room for storage and washer/dryer. The utility room has washer/dryer hookup, sink, and toilet for when the kids are too messy to come completely in!

The Dining Room

With 3 windows and a door to the back deck, the dining room is full of light! This is one of the rooms that is not completely finished. It still needs some work on the floors, sheetrock repair and trim.

Master Suite

Located upstairs, the master suite features a large bedroom with a very large unfinished room behind it that will become a huge master bath and walk-in closets. Although the bath and closet area is unfinished, I believe it is the perfect place for the new homeowners to come in and create their own space!

This picture shows the master bedroom being used by our twins.

Upstairs Half Bath

Off of the upstairs foyer, the half bath displays an antique cabinet with copper sink.

Upstairs Bedroom

This bedroom is one of my favorite rooms in the house. It has a faux fireplace, paneling, hardwood floors and tons of light!
